You will face 72 hours - 12 months in jail, fines of $600-$1,000, 240 hours of community service, a clinical evaluation (and treatment if deemed necessary), completion of a Risk Reduction Program/DUI School, and suspension of your driver's license for up to 18 months. You will also be required to install an ignition interlock device in your vehicle (which can decrease the amount of time your driver's license is suspended). If You Are Convicted of Your Third DUI in Ten Years

If you are convicted of a third offense DUI within ten years of your second offense, this is considered a high and aggravated misdemeanor. You will face 15 days - 12 months in jail, fines of $1,00-$5,000, 240 hours of community service, a clinical evaluation (and treatment if deemed necessary), completion of a Risk Reduction Program/DUI School, and suspension of your driver's license for up to 5 years. If You Are Convicted of Your Fourth DUI in Ten Years

If you are convicted of a third offense DUI within ten years of your second offense, this is considered a felony. You will face 90 days - 12 months in jail, fines of $1,00-$5,000, 240 hours of community service, a clinical evaluation (and treatment if deemed necessary), completion of a Risk Reduction Program/DUI School, and suspension of your driver's license for up to 5 years.
